HCI organizational structure consists of teams with professional staff for both Buildings (vertical) and Infrastructure (Horizontal) with the purpose of providing Project Management, Construction Management, Owner’s Representative, Cost Estimating, System Commissioning, and other services as needed for complex buildings and infrastructure projects in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. Our firm’s leadership team each has over 25 years of experience in the industry and our staff is comprised of professional engineers, architects, project managers, cost estimators, inspectors, and construction managers with a unique mix of public and private sector development projects experiences.
